Bespoke Barn & Storage Building

The client engaged Ferner Construction to design and build a custom barn that would complement their high-end architectural home. The existing structure was beyond repair, so we demolished and rebuilt from the ground up. Working closely with landscape designers, we created a bespoke building that houses luxury vehicles and a high-end boat, with integrated workshop and storage spaces. Every detail—from materials to finishes to site integration—was designed to match the quality and aesthetic of the main residence. The barn sits naturally within its rural surroundings and will continue to evolve as the bespoke planting plan matures. The result is a building that's as carefully crafted as the home itself, visible from the main dwelling and integral to the overall estate design.
