  • Nick & the team at Ferner Construction renovated my house in Point Chev – some structural interior work to make an open plan living, dining & kitchen, a new laundry, reno’d the hallway and all of the extra stuff that comes with a 100-year-old house. Nick and his team are phenomenal builders – their attention to detail and craftsmanship is amazing. The old house meant lots of matching the old with the new, walls that aren’t straight, fixing some shoddy past work – they did such a good job, and the result is beautiful. The project was on time and anything that impacted the original budget (i.e. me changing my mind) was well communicated with an updated budget and timeline. Whenever I stopped in (expected or not) the site was clean and organised. My dad (carpenter for 30+ years) visited lately and when I asked him to help with a few things he laughed and said I was better off getting Nick & his team back instead. They’re the only people I’ll have work on my house from now on and I can’t recommend them highly enough.
