Point Chevalier / Heritage Villa Renovation

An early 1900s villa needed reimagining for modern living. We carefully removed the load-bearing fireplace dividing the kitchen, dining and living spaces, and installed bespoke oversized sliders to open the full length of the house. The renovation integrates the villa's original character with contemporary open-plan living.
